Sync N’ Fit Registration

York Artistic Swimming Club is excited to offer our Summer 2026 Sync N’ Fit programs for athletes looking to stay active, build skills, and continue training throughout the summer months.
Programs are available for Pre-Competitive, Regional, and Competitive athletes and will take place at Magna Centre. Spaces are limited and registrations will be accepted on a first come, first served basis.

Artistic Swimming
If you think your sport is hard, try doing it while holding your breath.
Artistic swimming offers an ideal environment for young boys and girls to learn and grow! Our programs empower swimmers of all ages and teaches them about self-esteem, self-discipline, healthy body image, teamwork, and time-management. Your child will learn how to set goals and push themselves to excel.
OUR PROGRAMS
Our High Performance program to enhance our athletes who want to train with the goal of competing at the National level.
YASC Adapted Artistic Swimming programs provide opportunities for athletes with disabilities to participate in at the recreational, limited competitive (Regional League) and competitive (Provincial and National) levels.

In Memoriam
Theresa Mary Jane Ling
June 4, 1950 - February 16, 2026
It is with deep sadness that we share the passing of Theresa Mary-Jane “M.J.” Ling, former Head Coach of York Artistic Swimming Club.
Mary-Jane was not only a leader of our club, she was a former collegue, and mentor to many of our current coaches — athletes she once guided, and today carry forward the standards and passion she instilled in them. Without Mary-Jane, York Artistic Swimming Club would not exist. Her vision and dedication help shaped generations within our program and built the foundation on which we continue to grow.
Her influence lives on in our coaching, our athletes, and our club culture.
We extend our heartfelt condolences to her family, friends, and all who were fortunate enough to learn from her. Her impact on York Artistic Swimming will not be forgotten.
